1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kgt999 ("kgt999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the kgt999 website located at kgt999.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By completing the kgt999 registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You understand that online gambling involves real-money risk and you are prepared to accept that risk;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other individual or entity.

kgt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement — in whole or in part — you must immediately cease using the kgt999 Platform and close your account in accordance with the process described in Section 7 of this Agreement.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account with kgt999. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. kgt999 employs identity verification ("KYC") procedures to confirm the age of all account holders. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and the deposited principal will be returned to the payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.

2.2 One Account Per Household

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active kgt999 account. Only one account may be registered per household address, per device, and per payment method. The use of multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. kgt999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or utility bill) to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kgt999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify kgt999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kgt999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

2.5 Jurisdiction & Eligibility

kgt999 is made available to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your specific location within Bangladesh. kgt999 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions, and we accept no responsibility for any player who accesses the Platform from a restricted location.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kgt999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kgt999 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The following transaction limits apply across all payment methods unless otherwise stated on the deposit or withdrawal page:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: ৳200,000 per transaction (subject to payment provider limits)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳500,000 per day (subject to account verification status)

kgt999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is a regulatory, security, or operational reason to do so.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Full KYC identity verification must be completed, including submission and approval of a valid photo ID (Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport);
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the account's available real-money balance;
• The account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or compliance holds.

3.4 Processing Times

kgt999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within a rapid timeframe following approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. kgt999 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking network outages, or bank processing times that are beyond our operational control.

3.5 Currency and Conversion

kgt999 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied on the Platform. Players are responsible for any fees or exchange rates that may be applied by their own payment provider or bank when funding their kgt999 account from a foreign currency account.

3.6 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that kgt999 reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or associated with illegal activity will be suspended pending investigation. kgt999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant financial institutions in the investigation of suspected fraud. Any account involved in confirmed fraudulent activity will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

4.1 General Bonus Terms

kgt999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page and the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by kgt999 are subject to wagering requirements before they (or any winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus credit requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

4.3 Game Contribution Percentages

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and scratch cards may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution percentage for each game category is displayed on the kgt999 promotions page. It is the player's responsibility to check game contribution rates before selecting games for bonus wagering.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by kgt999 carry an expiry date, stated at the time the bonus is credited. If the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be voided and removed from the account. Bonus expiry periods cannot be extended under any circumstances.

4.5 Bonus Abuse

kgt999 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using automated play or betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial risk ("low-risk wagering"), and colluding with other players to take advantage of promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the kgt999 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of any third party, or could damage, disable, or impair the Platform or its infrastructure.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kgt999 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, error, or loophole that results in an unintended game outcome or financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or insider knowledge exploitation in connection with sports betting markets;
• Using the Platform to launder money, process illegal payments, or conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kgt999 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform;
• Impersonating another person, whether a real individual or a fictional persona, for the purpose of accessing the Platform or deceiving kgt999 staff;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.

5.3 Responsible Use

kgt999 strongly encourages all players to engage with the Platform responsibly. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, and you agree that all wagers placed on the Platform represent informed, voluntary decisions made with funds that you can afford to lose. kgt999 is not responsible for any financial loss arising from your use of the Platform beyond the direct consequences of our own negligence.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified Game Providers

6.3 Disputed Game Outcomes

Key provisions include: void bet rules for cancelled or abandoned matches, settlement timelines based on official result sources, and in-play betting rules that may differ from pre-match market rules. It is the player's responsibility to review the applicable sports betting rules before placing any wager.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions

kgt999 accepts no liability for any bets placed during a period of technical malfunction, network interruption, or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or failure to register a wager. In the event of a verified technical malfunction, kgt999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous game outcome caused by a technical fault will not be honoured.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kgt999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kgt999 will process any pending withdrawal of your available real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Any active bonus balance will be voided upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming problematic, kgt999 provides a self-exclusion facility. A self-exclusion request will result in your account being blocked for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or receive any marketing communications from kgt999. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion period has begun, it cannot be reversed or shortened before the chosen expiry date.

7.3 Involuntary Suspension by kgt999

kgt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or association with criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable time;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Registration of duplicate or linked accounts;
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors;
• Any other behaviour that kgt999 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kgt999 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder via their registered email address and will endeavour to complete any investigation within 14 business days.

7.4 Balance on Closure

Upon involuntary closure of an account for breach of this Agreement, kgt999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance associated with the breach — including winnings arising from prohibited play — may be forfeited in whole or in part. Real-money deposits that are not directly connected to the breach will be refunded where reasonably possible, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Platform Availability

kgt999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond kgt999's reasonable control. kgt999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

8.2 No Warranty on Outcomes

kgt999 makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee with respect to the outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the Platform. All outcomes are determined by certified RNGs or real-world sporting events, and kgt999 has no control over the results of individual sessions or matches. Players acknowledge that gambling results are inherently uncertain and that past performance does not indicate future outcomes.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kgt999's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to kgt999 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8.4 Third-Party Services

kgt999 uses third-party services for payment processing, game delivery, and customer communication. kgt999 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of these third-party providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, game studios, or live streaming technology providers. Any dispute with a third-party provider must be raised directly with that provider.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kgt999, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of this Agreement; (b) your breach of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any false or misleading information provided by you to kgt999 at any time.

8.6 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, the Sports Betting Rules, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kgt999 with respect to your use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on this subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
